The Great Prostitute

In this chapter, John sees the judgment on Jerusalem, which is compared to a great prostitute. Jerusalem's spiritual unfaithfulness is described in graphic terms so that the reader understands the righteousness of God's judgment. In contrast to Jerusalem, the church should respond by being faithful, holy, and grateful.
